fees, rates and billing policies

Consultation: $125/hour
ARTWORKinternational provides consultation
by appointment only
(consultations arranged at our discretion and time permitting)

Rates: $50/hour
Client Start-Up Fee: $200 (nonrefundable)
Materials: cost plus 15%*
(*Covers indirect expenses incurred during general errands, research, and other efforts in attaining non-specialized project materials. In the case of specialized or custom material needs, each client will be billed according to each errand / order)

ARTWORK provides each client with a monthly invoice. The client can be billed monthly or bimonthly if arrangements are made in advance. In all cases where a grant is awarded, ARTWORK retains 5% of the gross amount granted.

* Any sales made directly due to the efforts of ARTWORK and/or the ARTWORK collectors list results in a 20% commission to ARTWORK. This excludes sales via gallery and museum placement.
note: ARTWORK covers the majority of materials costs prior to invoicing. Therefore, ARTWORK policy states that all invoices must be paid promptly and in no event more than 7 days after receipt of e-mail invoice. For clients who do not have access to e-mail, this period is extended for 11 days to allow for transit. In the event that payment has not been received within that period, 18.99% interest on the total invoice amount will be accrued on the 8th day. An additional 18.99% will be accrued for every 30-day period thereafter. To avoid interest charges, please pay all invoices within the specified period. All remittances are due net 7.

To help our clients plan financially for Artwork service costs, all invoices for completed projects are issued on the 15th of each month via e-mail. A hard copy for client’s records may be requested thereafter. If you do not have e-mail access, please notify ARTwork immediately to arrange for mail delivery of all invoices.

Artwork complies with New Mexico State law in charging a service tax rate of 7.625%, applicable to both in and out-of-state clients . It is not possible to wave this service tax, as it is not a re-sale tax.
